"Why Buy a Used Bat?"

After you buy a new bat and spend $200-$300 on it, take a look at what it looks like after about 10 games and a few practices. It's now used and no longer worth $200-$300. What if the bat was too heavy or too light? What do you do with it now when your son or daughter doesn't want to use it any longer? Do you go out and drop another $200-$300 on a different bat? Chances are it will sit in a basement or garage, you'll sell it a year later at a garage sale for $5 or just give it away.

- Players can grow up fast and their needs can change quickly. Often times you may be buying new bats every 6 to 8 months.

- A young player trying to hit a moving baseball is not easy at first, they can become very frustrated leading them to quit. 

- A player’s hitting ability is directly tied to the quality of their swing. A quality swing is developed through great coaching and many hours of practice.

- A new bat does not guarantee anything, other than the fact that you just paid a couple hundred dollars more than you needed to. We will sell new bats also, but at greatly reduced prices. Take the rest of the money and invest it in a hitting instructor.

- Even though most of our bats are used, we will never sell anything that has a dent, flat spot, crack or anything else that would effect the performance of the bat. The paint will be scratched or even be faded from the sunlight. However, take a look at the latest new bat you bought; what’s that look like after just 5-10 games?
