My 11 year old son plays on a very good travel team. Since he was 7 years old he has always had a new bat. I had just bought him a new $300 bat when he grew 3 inches and put on 10 pounds. My youngest son plays all three main sports; baseball, football and basketball. He has four brothers who are also very active. As you can imagine, the cost of supporting 5 kids at various levels of sports activity is very expensive. My youngest son has a passion for baseball and shows real potential.
